AD Configuration Problem - Initial Configuration

We're eagerly looking into getting HAP in place for September, but seem to have run into a strange problem during initial configuration. When entering our Active Directory details on the configuration page, we're informed that "There is something wrong connecting to your AD infrastructure". Our UPN is correct, and the account used is a member of Domain Admins. We've tried changing the user to the DN etc., but still to no avail. Any help gratefully received. We're using 10.5 on Server 2008 R2. Some threads on here seem to have some similarities, but not quite! Many thanks.

Ok, that error just means that you won't be able to use the AD Group/OU builder, you can manually enter the AD details. Check that you are using the full domain name, and an administrator user. No UPN, just username (not admin.domain)
