Windows 10 media creation - Something happen.

I'm trying to update my tablet to windows 10. But I keep getting these errors.

 

 

Is there setting or something missing?

I did a few of those and still didn't work.

 

I've done a clean windows 8 restore. (Took it back to factory setting rather then a clean 8.1 install)

 

It will now let me run the setup..
