A brilliant idea as long as it gets widespread adoption and actually leads to some proper structure for training teachers. Needs to be compulsory of a sort - we find the only teachers who opt for voluntary ICT training, are those that don't need it!

I think idea is that each country then can adopt it in way that is right for them.
