[wds] Error after restart when capturing image

Hi,

 

When i am running a capture of an image using WDS the script runs through everything as normal such as sysprep and then once the PC reboots it comes up with a windows boot error.

 

Windows failed to start.

 

File - ifm63x64.sys

 

Status - 0x0000098

 

Info - Windows failed to load because a required file is missing or corrupt.

 

Can anyone please advise the best way to fix this issue.
