Cisco CCNP (R&S)

I am going to get a CCNP in Routing and Switching. I was wondering who on here has done this? How did you learn the stuff please?

Anyway today I sat the 300-115 exam (Switch) and passed!

Started on ccnp security. Look at nugget videos, get cheap kit off ebay for stuff you cannot do in gns3. (Resell for same as purchase price once finished). Do a few past papers and ready to go!

Past papers? Cisco never publishes questions? I used the questions in the Cisco Press books.
