Migration to Office 365 - Exchange performance throttling

We kicked off our migration to Office 365 last Sunday, we have a 70mb Leased Line and Exchange 2010 Server with 100mailboxes. Around 120GB of data.

 

We setup a user called "MigrationUser" which basically migrates all data out of all mailboxes and into the Office 365 environment.

 

And it's still going.............around 70% done. We are using a product called Skykick.

 

Skykick support have said our Exchange server is low on resources.

 

Only error I am getting on my Exchange 2010 box:

 

"Process w3wp.exe () (PID=10016). User 'Sid~FHS\MigrationUser~EWS~false' has gone over budget '187' times for component 'EWS' within a one minute period. Info: 'Policy:DefaultThrottlingPolicy_6abb58c1-7df0-44e1-837b-a4d0df304e96, Parts:MaxConcurrency:27;CAS:158;'. Threshold value: '100'."

 

Can anyone assist on this please?
