Good afternoon, anyone know where I would be able to gain a copy of SIMS training data-set?

Or if anyone is willing to share their's if you have one?

You have to buy it. Either by becoming a Capita partner or a Support Unit. Anything else results in Capita throwing legal action at you and whoever leak it to you.
