Hello guys

 

Our cycle dictates that period 8 is a teaching period, a registration period and also we timetable duties into this period too.

 

Without going into changing the cycle (this is a rather complicated and tedious exercise where we've already spent a lot of time) - does anyone know if it's possible to timetable a teacher into Period 8 for a lesson/registration, AND a duty?

 

Our duties are NCCs and we want a teacher to take a register then perform a duty for the remainder of that period.

If you schedule 1 of the classes with no teacher or room, then use the classes without teachers timetable and use the right click add staff/add room, you can then double the class up
