never set a website up before but basically I've got the website working but i want to be able to browse through the videos that are on it. for example:" Website.local/videos/ " to be able to browse them on that page any help would be great. thanks

You need to enable Directory Browsing if you want people to have a view of the folder: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731109%28v=ws.10%29.aspx

 

In brief: open IIS Manager, click on your server or website in the tree (depending on where you want to enable it; irrelevant if it's the only website) then double click Directory Browsing in the main window. Then click Enable on the right hand side.
