[sims] ASSESSMENT MANAGER - IMPORT?

Hi All,

 

After the Spring update, my users are now being prompted with the following screens when entering Assessment Manager.

 

Is there something I have not updated? I am running Solus 3, so thought manually updating anything was a thing of the past...

 

Do I advise them to update, or is there something on Solus I have missed updating?

You need to get your data manager or someone with the Assessment Manager role to open Focus -> Assessment -> Template after the update. They will be prompted to download AMPARK Resources, click Yes and go make a cup of coffee whilst it does it's stuff and imports a whole bunch of aspects and stuff. Shouldn't appear after that.

So, nothing I could have installed or done to prevent it from SOLUS and it doesn't need to be done on the server?

 

Just get someone to run it on their client machine and it will update everything on everybody else's...?

It imports new aspects and result sets so it should run once, add the resources and not require an import again. But I am typically one of the first users in to Assessment Manager so I tend to get to the import before everyone else.

If you don't want the resources imported, you can untick all the options and click Yes, (effectively saying No) and manually import just the ones required from APMARK...

Is there anyway of prompting this dialogue box? I kept saying REMIND ME LATER and now we need the stuff imported to try a few things, and I can't get the prompt back (I assume it will reappear soon but would like to try now!)

Patch 13433 will force the prompt to re-appear after logging back in to SIMS after it's run.
