For those with Chromebooks

We restrict who can sign into our Chromebooks to only those within the domain.

 

Once users are signed into the chromebooks we have found that they can then sign out of Chrome and login with their own personal accounts.

 

We don't want this to happen, we only want them to be able to sign with their school accounts.

 

Is there a setting we are missing in the Admin Console?

My understanding was that they can only log into the chromebook with their school account with the setting that you described, but nothing stops them from opening another window and logging into another account when they are in the browser, same as if they logged into another webmail provider.
