Hi all,

If this is in the wrong place, apologies!

I have 4 users who all on Windows 7, all connecting to our Windows 2008 R2 Print Server for our "Finance Printer". Thing is, I can only get TWO of them printing to it at any given time - as soon as I add/update driver/remove&readd the printer to a 3rd user, one of the other 2 machines stops printing to it!

It's driving them (and me!) insane... any thoughts on this? I've looked for options like "number of concurrent users connected" and so forth but can't see anything that could be causing this...

HELP!

What printer is it?

What error msg when workstation stops printing? What does the printer status on workstation show?

Get 2 machines printing then pull their network cable. Now try adding other two. Do they print? Plug one of the originals back into network. Do they all still print?

I've no idea really just thinking of things I'd try!
