Citrix Enterprise Edition Campus-Wide Annual User Agreement

Hi Edugeek,

 

Can anyone clarify the "Enterprise Edition Campus-Wide Annual User agreement" is for the total number of pupils ? do you have to add staff/FTE? to this?

 

I was hoping it was concurrent users with a minimum order of 1000.

 

I believe you get 10% grace too.

 

Does anybody know?

You must license 100% of your students in the participating school(s) or department(s) and should base the FTE calculation on the same number of full-time and part-time students, faculty and staff that will be using Campus-Wide licensing

 

I'd read that as "all students even if not using it" and "all other staff using it"
