Hi all,

 

Just wondering if anyone uses Ricoh printers with Equitrac Express that could help with a few issues we are having. Some laptops randomly disconnect from the printers and the print spooler needs restarting. PDFs have a habit of not printing with the Follow-You system. Also we can't print selected pages from a document.

 

If anyone can give any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
