Exchange 2013 - "SessionDataError;JsonParser is not defined"

Hello. I ran into this error today while trying to access OWA. I googled a bit to find a solution, but everyone is experiencing it on O365 and not on a self hosted exchange. The full error I am getting is below:

Unfortunately I am my help desk and I am stumped... exchange still works on connected devices... just not OWA.
