Alternate Provisoning

Hi all,

 

First post and first problem!

 

SLT want to sort a "register" as our school have students leaving on various days for different studies. However it needs to be accessible and simple. I've tried various searches but not really come up with anything.

 

I was wondering if there's any software out there that will do this?

 

I considered creating a simple Login page on our website and they edit a very simple document.

 

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
