Impero on Mac - not working as students

Hello - I have Impero installed on a suite of Macs. Impero works fine when logged on as a local admin user. I can see it in the console and can remote, broadcast screen etc.

 

As soon as a student logs on Impero does not load (not visible on the taskbar at the top).

 

Any ideas?
