Windows 8.1 precision touchpad settings

Hello. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to replace the precision touchpad settings with the configuration options of the original drivers. I have an acer E5-571 laptop with an elantech touchpad. I would like additional settings such as edge scrolling etc. Thanks.
