Some Staff Cannot Save to Desktop Sometimes...

Got a weird one. Firstly, we have redirected desktops, to everything is pointing to the user area on the server.

 

Staff member opens document from desktop folder.

Staff member alters document.

When staff members tried to save document : Cannot save file. \\Server\%UserName%\Desktop\Folder is unavailable.

 

Staff member saves to my documents and copies file into desktop folder just fine.

 

Reboot doesn't work. Turning off offline files doesn't work. All connections are there. All permissions are correct. This doesn't happen all the time, just some of the time.

 

WHY??????

In GPO under the redirect is 'Grant exclusive rights to the folder' ticked? I think this has to be unticked to work correctly.
