clareq Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 When setting up HAP I, wrongly, it turned out, deleted a number of resources on the set up page, rather than hiding them. I now need them back - how do I do that?
nickbro Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 The best thing to do is backup your hapconfig.xml file, delete it, run HAP to get it to recreate a new one, you should then be able to restore the lines from your backed up hapConfig.xml file as you need
clareq Posted February 3, 2015 Author Posted February 3, 2015 I tried this, and realised I had forgotten the password of the user set up for HAP, so I reset it, input into the setup page, and saved it. However, I now get this error: Server Error in '/hap' Application. The user name or password is incorrect. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryServicesCOMException: The user name or password is incorrect. Source Error: An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.
clareq Posted February 3, 2015 Author Posted February 3, 2015 I've fixed this - I replaced web.config with an original one and re ran the setup.
