NPA Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Hi, I am currently investigating possible improvements to our filtering system for our School. We have vlans but have been told that we cannot have a large IP range from BTLansServ and subnet it up. Currently we have a onsite proxy going through lightspeed, so we can only filter the VLAN-ed traffic to one lightspeed ip rule. Does anybody know if user authenication works if you can do proxy-auth to Lightspeed or will it work if you install the Lightspeed client on machines in other vLANS. Also has anybody implemented lightspeed with Ruckus Wireless. Thanks Neil
Mark182 Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 We’ve integrated light speed with AD, works a treat now. We have VLANS and have set a few ranges for server ect.
NPA Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 Update, Hopefully I am getting a bigger IP range from BTLancsServ, pestering does work.
