timbo343 Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 (edited) I am in the process of moving and updating HAP to a virtual machine. Unforunately i cant move my existing V9 over to V10 so i have started again. I have now got a message comes up once logged or browse back to the home page that says: The page ..... says "Not Found". Is this telling me there is something missing or it cannot get to a specific area or something else? I seems to appear when it is checking for updates. Thanks Edited January 16, 2015 by timbo343
computer_expert Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 I initially thought it was something to do with updates too, but I think it's something to do with the helpdesk tile on the homepage (if I remember correctly - I removed it as I've no need for the helpdesk part) 1
DanielRF Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 Maybe this is an issue with how IIS is configured and it's looking for default.asp rather than default.aspx (or some other page). Could be worth checking which default pages your IIS application will serve. Not sure where this setting is off the top of my head so some researching would be required. Daniel

nickbro Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Doh, forgot that the help desk API doesn't exist in the core package anymore, will need to tell HAP+ not to generate that tile unless the helpdesk is installed as well.
