Alternative to WSAT

I am currently going through a book learning ASP.Net C# and I am loving it and really enjoying it. However because Microsoft removed WSAT from visual studio 2013, the book is telling me to go into the command prompt and type loads of stuff in order to open WSAT, and this is going to be a pain having to do this all the time. Does anyone know of an alternative to this, or how to incorporate this manage users and roles into the website?

 

I still haven't finished the book so it might tell me later on, just it's a bit of a pain doing it, and would much prefer to try do things myself at this stage now.
