Preferred Event dates

I'm in need of a bit of advice from you all.

 

I’m currently putting together an IP-CCTV training day for people working in education and I need to confirm some dates.

 

This is going to most likely be in Feb, when I know there is a half term.

 

Typically, what days would work better for you to attend something like this? Would the week before/after the half term work better or worse for you? Or is it simply a case-by-case basis?

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.
