[civica] REMS iOS & Android Apps

We've discovered mobile apps named "REMS Staff" and "REMS College Connector" are available for both iOS and Android. However, we're not able to proceed past the login screen.

 

It asks for a server address, username and password. However, I've not been able to come up with the correct combination for it to let me in.

 

Anyone have it working, or have any tips for success?
