Links for Basic IT Skills

I was wondering if anyone knows of or has links to free (preferably flash-based) learning courses for non-IT literate users.

 

I have seen a NHS learning CD which has been built in Director but uses a .exe extension to run. I was looking for a more platform independent alternative. Plus it has NHS written all over it (literally) so i can't really use that.

 

PS it is interactive as well, for example it asks you to type in a user name and password in a XP login box and click OK to login and ticks the box if you did it right. Quite good really.

 

 

I would like to make my own but its time again...

Ahh yes. I think we already have a log in for that. i will check it out out.
