[ms office - 2010] bulk change building blocks on word

Is there a way that I can run a script (VBS, Batch, whatever) to alter around 90 users building blocks, to delete an old entry and add a new entry in?

 

I can't think of a sane way to do it other than going round all machines...and setting up a central store one is not an option as they aren't all on the same site, and some are mobile users remoting in.

Also, if anyone knows of a good way to do this on outlook, that too would be appreciated.
