IRIS Connect + Barracuda 910 Web Filter

Hello Guys,

 

We have IRIS Connect and a Barracuda 910 Web Filter, we are having major issues getting the embedded videos playing via the Barracuda, we have whitelisted IP\Adddresses etc and no joy, if we create a exception rule to allow access to everything it works fine, we are unable to pin point what is being blocked etc.

 

Has anyone else had problems with IRIS and Proxy Servers?

Their support's pretty good - have you called to ask for a list of URLS/ports/IPs to whitelist?

Log in with you're iris user/pass and that will give you the list of URLS and ports to whitelist.
