Google Apps without emails and OU structure

Looking at using GAFE as well as O365 and I'm going that it won't cause issues.

 

However, I'm looking at the OU setup and is not immediately obvious of i can sync sub folders to match my current structure.

 

Has anyone some advice please.

Yes, if using GADS (Google Apps Directory Sync).

 

We do it my defining search rules for the org groups and the users from particular base DNs. The top org groups are manually matched and then sub org groups (OUs) are automatically created and populated. The users then get put into those org groups within Google Apps that match the on-premise OU structure.

 

Google support were really good with helping us to get it set up as I was searching on the wrong objectclass to begin with - DOH!
