Support SLA for Primary Schools

Hi all,

 

We are looking into providing support for some of our primary feeder schools, and were currently trying to find out what people have in their support contracts?

 

Its new territory for us, so has anyone got a support contract we culd look at?

I provide support to feeder primarys.

 

The way I see it, I will fix anything broken, I will install new equipment if desperately required.

 

I will NOT install software or create user accounts etc.

 

There is a difference between supporting schools and becoming a part time primary technician!

But where do you draw the line stewert?

 

I think thats why an SLA is needed...
