PS Financials - Printing over CAG connection not working

Hello All

 

We are a multi acadamy and one of our remote schools, use citrix access gateway remote desktop services in order to access PS Financials.

 

When the user is working on 'our' desktop she can see all of her local printers and print successfully from every application apart from PSF reporting, where nothing happens at all when print is pressed. I think it is something to do with the crystal report plugin in internet explorer (default program for reports to open in in PSF).

 

Has anybody else come across this issue and if so what was the resolution please!!
