Office 365 - can't attach file in OWA

Has anyone had any issues reported around attaching files, in particular Word documents, to OWA on Office 365?

 

I've had 2 people come to me today to say that they've been unable to and I've watched it on one user where the attachment upload just constantly spins around, however I've not been able to reproduce it with my own account.

 

Just wondered if you have had it, how did you fix it to try and save me a job?

add the file before doing anything else seems to work for me

Strange it still doesn't affect my account (yet)
