Samsung MagicInfo server software questions

We purchased 3 DM48 displays and originally was using the MagicInfo Premium. So, we were using the players that were built in the displays. This did not meet our needs, so our vendor agreed to giving us the MagicInfo I players, which are mounted on the outside of the display. My first question is, do we need to change the server software? I was told by one of Samsung's Engineers that we did not have to change it. We are currently using MagicInfo Premium on the server. The problem is, I cannot get the players to show up on the server. I go to the unapproved and there is nothing there. I even try to do a search and find it, but it never shows up in the window for unapproved, so I can approve it. Support with Samsung sucks and the vendor is limited to their tech support.
