Please help?

Hi guys. I have a design for some archery bracers, which was designed for me, however I want to mess around with it a bit, but alas I am incredibly short on time.

 

I was wondering if possible, someone can remove the background colour, sharpen up all lines so that they are solid black, and then post it back up? I am doing an SQL server config so time is short for me.

Basically, the brown/tan colour gone and changed to white, all black lines to be made more visible. I've made a small start, but yeah, needs must. If you can make the knot work inside Mjolnir pretty (or just better than I've done), I'd be extremely grateful.
