Not sure what K-12 EDU Use MSFT LOE Approved is when buying OS with laptop.

Just got a quote from dell for a new laptop and under the OS sections it lists 'Win7 pro National Academic K-12 EDU Use Only. MSFT LOE approval req'd'.

 

Not sure what this means. The primary school normally only get the OEM pre installed OS and do not have any other software agreements etc.

It's an edu discount on the OEM Win 7 Pro, it's a scheme Microsoft have been running for a few months now.
