HAP+ v10 errors

We have had Home Access Plus+ 10 installed this school year and have been getting reports of users getting error messages. The most common is "index out of range" when trying to log in. In addition, we have gotten "access to the path .../myfiles-users.txt is denied" when clicking on MyFiles. Can anyone point me in the right direction for troubleshooting these errors?

The 2nd, make sure the application pool user has write access to the app_Data folder./

 

The index out of range error is an odd one, can you have a look in the application event log on the server to see what the error is
