Any suggestions? +1 for warranty... If it's within 3 years then just give Steljes a call with the serial number and they'll come out next day to help. Was it ever set up for finger touch? The lightraises have a two step setup, one for pens and one for finger. The two can work independently, so if you still have the tool that can with it, go into the Smart Settings and set it up as new.
