Aspire 5935G bios fault

my notebook when I press the power button nothing happens only lightshttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png up the blue LED button for 2 seconds and then turns off forever with no signs of life. with the fn + esc turns on the fan part of the screen remains nerro, but was not able to restore the bios with usb key, do not read any I've tried in all 4 doors, but without any success and with 4 different usb key. I also tried to burn the only bios files .FD on cd-rom but nothing. At this point I think I make a mistake of burning.

what is the procedure for burning software?
