Problems with Serif applications after RIS image creeation.

I have just created a RIS image and added several Serif applications. The pupils have mandatory profiles.

 

I have the following problems:

 

Web Plus & Page Plus - 'Unable to add color-Color already in Palette'

 

(This error does not run when admin account logs on) I have given 'Everyone access tot the temp folder and also read access to the Serif 'Program Files folder' and no luck.

 

Serif Photo Plus - Does not run a t all and comes up with an application error and closes. Gave modify access to the Program Files Serif Photoplus directory for testing and it runs now a error windows asking to email Photo plus errors to serif ( Runs fine when Admin account logs in)

 

Serif Draw Plus - Could not find drive- failed completely

Tried as admin nd again works fine.)

 

 

Any help please?
