samwells1234 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Can someone tell me what settings my superhub should be to allow me to access my computer remotely through the common RDP? A teacher at my school has the same superhub as me so she will need to configure some of her settings as well? I have the remote short cuts on my desktop and have the correct settings on them but something is stopping me from communicating to the school. My business manager has no issues but she is on BT so the ISP makes the difference but im pretty new to this so a bit of help wouldn't go a miss.
Liam Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Shouldn't need to do anything. Is her firewall /av getting in the way? Have you messed with port forwarding or disabled any ports. I'm assuming you are connecting via a TSG
samwells1234 Posted September 8, 2014 Author Posted September 8, 2014 Ive left it as it is i reset my hub to factory settings and when i tick 2 certain options it all works and connects to the server fine. just that my computer at work might of turned off by its self so cant connect to it. As soon as i turn on the IPSEC pass through and PPTP pass through in the firewall settings it works but other than that cant do much until i go in tomorrow
