Is there a way to pull a report inside the Google Admin Console for all chromebooks that will show 1. All Devices 2. Chrome OS Version

Not from the management console - but there is a sheets add-in which will do it and allows you to update stuff from the sheet. In testing atm, but you can request access here: chromebookInventory (Add-on) - New Visions CloudLab

 

Seems to work well for use. Chromebook Edu community on G+ is a good source of info and idea.
