invalid username/password

good evening

 

trying to access sims using the sysman user but throwing the invalid username/password error.

 

browsing through the database on sql visual studio logged in as SA to the sims.dbuser table there is a column for password valid and it is currently F

 

when i try and change this to T im getting the error of cell read only

 

any way on how to change this from read only to read/write assuming without being in front that the whole database is read only and not R/W access
