Obviously with 4G using the top channels of the UHF TV allocation and with 4G filters being given out FOC I thought I had better check the antenna system was up to scratch. I'm guessing that when they pay you £13k pa to put their kit on your roof, they think they can do whatever they want! Bodgers.....
unixman_again Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 I've always had carp Freeview reception. When it rains, the picture breaks up, freezes, or just isn't there. I never had this problem when we had proper analogue TV. A bit of snow and/or ghosting happened during rainstorms. I live in the wilds of the Black Country and I can see the Sutton Coldfield transmitter, so there should be better reception. Luckily, I have FreeSat - lots more channels in any case.
