Dos_Box Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 One of our staff has just asked a department at our local authority about getting 100 CD's copied. She was quoted £4.50 per CD with a minimum order of 50!! To this end I think it would be better if we just brough our own. What we need is a 100+ CD capacity automated burner with colour printer. DVD would be a bonus buy not nessercery. Does anyone have any experience with these or could recommend one?

Face-Man Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 We purchased a digimatic about 3 years ago as a deicated box because of the same thing. It works fine but can't handle 700MB CD (though I suspect the new model would). The main problems are price 8O and speed but I just set it going over night. It just plugs into the network you can allocate usernames and cd limits. Our music dept loves it for creating CD to give to parents of students work. We also produce a staff handbook each year as it is cheaper than printing one. http://www.odixion.co.uk/
