Scale 4, points 18-21: £17,333-£19,317 pro-rata

37 hours per week

41 weeks per year (additional weeks by negotiation)

 

Sawston Village College is a successful 11-16 academy, which opened in 1930 as the first purpose-built community college in England. Our school has the capacity to be outstanding and we are seeking staff who will help us reach that goal and who share our belief that all pupils, regardless of ability or background, are able to achieve their full potential.

 

We are seeking an ICT Technician to provide additional capacity in our busy IT Support department. The postholder will be expected to provide a technical support service for staff, pupils and other stakeholders within the college community, and support the maintenance and development of the school’s ICT infrastructure. Although previous experience in a similar role would be useful, applications are welcome from candidates without such experience but who have some technical knowledge and a serious interest in a career in ICT. We will provide the necessary training and support to enable the successful candidate to develop and succeed in the role.
