Iain.Faulkner Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Hopefully this is the right place for this :-) Struggling a bit with a weird one with Quicktime plugins. Clients are running Windows 7, IE 11 and the latest version of Quicktime, and one of our IT Teachers wants to use the following website for activities week next week.... BBC - History - World Wars: Life in The Trenches Virtual Tour However, when I click on "Launch Virtual Tour" I get an error message as follows.... "You are trying to view Quicktime content, but you have no Quicktime plugin installed." I've checked the add-ons in IE11 and there is no Quicktime plugin installed. I've tried reinstalling Quicktime, and ensured that the plugins install with the rest of the player, but I still get the same issue. Any suggestions? Thanks Iain
Arthur Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Does installing "Legacy QuickTime Features" make any difference (or have you done that already)?
Iain.Faulkner Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 Sorry, I should have added that. I have done that already :-)
