If you aren't already doing so, you will want to monitor your listing on Google Maps as well as other mapping services and crowd sourced sites frequently visited where possible. Given the severe weaknesses of crowdsourcing (more cons than pros I reckon), it pays to keep your eye on crowd sourced sites like Google Maps, Wikipedia, and such for this type of thing.

 

We have had someone using the name of someone with no association with the school whatsoever at any point in time (student, teacher, or parent) trying to sledge the school on Google Maps. Given the language used, I suspect it is a teacher who was fired by the school with cause (considerable cause) a couple of years ago that was using a false name to try to get revenge on the school. Ex-students with an axe to grind (especially the troublemakers) can and have done the same thing to other schools. Someone with a legitimate gripe willing to use their actual name is one thing and the opinion has to be respected, but sabotage like that has to be crushed swiftly and with extreme prejudice.
