Nearpod and live sessions over proxy

Hi,

 

We can get nearpod to work over proxy even though it suppose to work on ports 80/443.

We even added in the authentication exceptions for the URLS in smoothwall.

 

All other internet services are ok, any help?

Have a look at your realtime logs and see if there are any issues there (recommend filtering by IP).

Which domains have you added authentication exceptions for?

Had it confirmed today by a nearpod support agent that they are having issues with live sessions behind a smoothwall box.

 

They haven't a clue what is causing as yet.
