Printing Shrinking

We run a Windows Network, and I am having problems printing with some HP 4250 mono printers.

 

It basically shrinks the document to about a 1/16th of the normal size to the top left hand corner of the paper once it has printed. If you restart Word, it seems fine. We have mandatory roaming profiles for students and staff.

 

Any ideas?

Paper size set to letter and the driver is set to resize to fit paper?

Will give it a try, I am not sure at the moment, if it is just one profile, so might recreate the profile to see what happens.
