Cloud system for logging overtime- ideas?

Hi

 

We have been tasked with creating an online system for staff to track additional hours they work. The key points are below. Anyone have any ideas what i could use for it? Have got something running using infopath and sharepoint but can't get it to be that mobile friendly.

 

BRIEF

• Quick for staff to use
  
• Line managers have to approve hours before they go into the system
  
• an audit trail for changes made
  
• emails sent after each stage e.g. your hours have been submitted, your hours have been approved....
  
• Line Managers can then run reports off etc
  
• Staff can log in and see how many hours they have submitted and approved.
